Customer Service Representative (d/m/f)

What we expect
- Please be advised, this position is based in Funchal, Madeira
- Support overall OTC process
- Proactive Order Management Close follow-up on critical shipments
- Monitor and follow up with key accounts, and their book, rescheduling and cancellation requests
- Answer to inbound calls, emails on customer inquiries
- Participate in customer and project review meetings, understand customer profiles and company’s strategic plans
- Provide cross-functional support for customer related matters; backlog reports, statistics and similar
Who we are looking for
- BA degree in Communications / International Business or similar
- Customer Support experience in International Supply chain; experience with automotive or semicon. accounts
- Experience with distribution customers / networks preferred
- SAP knowledge (Mandatory); EDI added value
- Good knowledge MS-Office applications: Excel mandatory, SFDC, CRM or similar platforms added value
- Ability to work autonomously and in team combined with driven, pragmatic and excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Flextime availability required
- English Proficiency (advanced level), knowledge of other languages is beneficial
