What we expect
- Maintenance of specific customer master data
- Order entry and follow-up of availability dates until delivery creation (incl. incompletion check and solution)
- Independent export processing
- Transport coordination & special deliveries
- Inventory management
- Complaints & returns and credit management
- Working in customer portals
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed economic studies or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
- Experienced in working with SAP
- Professional experience in logistics or distribution and customer service
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office Tools
- Customer-oriented thinking and experience in dealing with customers
- Organized, detailed and good Communication Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively in a team atmosphere
- English language skills on a high working level
