ADC Engineer Defect Density Management (d/m/f)

What we expect
- Implement ADC (automated defect classification) software system and data environment to production
- Key user of the ADC software application who drives its development
- Provide ADC classifier, maintain them and optimize the results with regard to purity and accuracy
- Analyze ADC results in production
- Support production experiments and their analysis
- Support product ramp ups and product transfers with focus on ADC
- Collaborate in international teams
Who we are looking for
- Successfully finished studies of physics, micro system technology or comparable technical or natural scientific course of studies
- Experience in semiconductor technology and inline defect density control
- Experience in image processing and data management desired
- Knowledge of statistical methods of data analysis
- Open minded about data bases and data concepts
- Strength in communication and teamwork also in international teams
- Proactive and outcome-oriented appearance and work methods
- Fluent English and German language skills
