Deine Aufgaben
- Sustain and maintain data integrity in all data capacity parameters inputs in TM1 - equipment inventory, EUPH, MU%, MMR, Engineering time.
- Drive capacity and investment optimization through REUSE opportunity, improvement plan based on bottlenecks and capacity waterfall chart.
- Work with APC / OM / SCM to maximize equipment utilization and capacity. Drive for balance line through loading optimization.
- Perform equipment disposition on time. All the unused tool declare and up-dated in system for data transparency.
- Check and monitor declared capacity Plan vs. Actual.
- Drive CER TPT reduction, streamline all the activities from CER triggering, investment simulation, kick off mtg, CEPT, presentation, PR/PO, ETA and SOP tracking.
- Partner with PUR/CEPT on equipment roadmap and how to minimize equipment configuration complexity based on optimal capacity plan.
- Understanding on each of the capacity modeling (TM1 cubes) connection and how to make it more robust to support business. Identify and deep dive data to improve efficiency.
