Deine Aufgaben
- Assisting the manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to meet the required targets/KPIs. Assessing the work performance of team members and identifying areas that need improvement
- Real-time communication of issues affecting production KPIs to the support group to resolve the issues at an early stage.
- Relying information between their team members and upper management, guiding them through daily work activities and monitoring their performance to ensure maximum productivity.
- Prepares and generates reports as required by the superior.
- Support the company in all key indices on its cost reduction through full the utilization of available materials
- Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates.
