Sales leader of global strategic account Huawei, manage overall business and drive the growth and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders together with team members.
- Build up and maintain deep relationship with key stakeholders of customers. Set up communication channel with executive level managements of customers.
- Manage the business pipeline, drive design wins to achieve annual growth target. Review the business regularly with internal business lines and management team.
- Communicate with internal business lines and supporting functions. Enhance BL mgt. level direct engagement.
- Understand and predict market trend. Collect and analyze information of competitors.
- Closely work with business line team to define roadmap and strategy.
- Coach team members. Build up strong and successful team.
