-Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint
Verification & validation of customer complaint
Provide FA reports to customers, track FAR response time and CA (Corrective Action) effectiveness.
-Involving in line deviation management.
Identify problem as one key team member.
Host MRB(Material Review Board)meeting to dispose the deviation &potential deviation material
c. Identify root cause & work on improvement activities.
d. Periodic meeting to review effectiveness of result.
-Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management)
Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member
Post change follow up & documentation of changes
-Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment
-Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization)
-Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit
-Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.
-Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
