Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

We have the following opening available for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision in our department on 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm)
• Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors, and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics
• Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
• Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators
