Deine Aufgaben
- Owner of the yield roadmap: rolling 12 months and be accountable that the FE/BE achieve those yield targets.
- Owner of yield: Continuously report and track yield progress against roadmap with all function.
- Define/drive yield improvements: analyse yield detractors to the root causes, drive improvements with respective process integration and process owners
- Owner of systems and data: Define systems and data required for yield performance, ensure quick identification of issues and root causes, kill ratio analysis and yield improvement methodologies
- Owner of product performance / spec: Safeguard product requirements and performance, technical ownership for testing, probing, AVI, etc., owner of product master data
- Owner of product cost: Owner to define the overall best way to minimize costs due to yield losses across the whole value chain
- First technical contact for Back End / Business Unit / Customer related topics
