We are seeking a commercially driven Internal Telesales Executive to support growth within our automotive aftermarket business. This role focuses on re-engaging low-spending and dormant customers, increasing account activity, and maximising sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact and relationship building.
- Contact existing and inactive customers to drive sales and account engagement
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships via regular communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Promote new products, offers and seasonal campaigns
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams and external sales colleagues to support growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support customer onboarding to the B2B ordering platform
- Assist with administrative sales tasks and attend trade shows as required
