Deine Aufgaben
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT Process Control Systems (APC R2R) across multiple production sites in Asia and Europe, ensuring 24/7 operational continuity. Ensure smooth manufacturing operations by establishing and maintaining standardized systems across all sites.
- Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Consolidate and analyze process & integration requirements to provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, perform tests, standardize, and document business/system requirements and changes.
- Leads & performs implementation projects and ensures proper in-design of capacities. Migrate obsolete solution to future solution.
- Provide consultation and training on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Collaborate closely with IT technical teams, business functions, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely communication of requirements and progress.
