Deine Aufgaben
- Advise departments on collaborative topics, including the Global Intranet, for Azure-hosted and O365 cloud-based SharePoint applications
- Manage requirements and create solution concepts
- Lead or participate in projects for the implementation or further development of technical and functional requirements
- Define administration and governance for collaborative SharePoint-based services in the Microsoft 365 suite and implement necessary tools and Reports
- Support the introduction of new services, including handover to Service Desk and Local Technical Service
- Execute user adoption events and training measures
- Manage both 2nd and 3rd level support for collaborative solutions provided by HCL and support the key user community and operational IT organizations with technical expertise
