Deine Aufgaben
• Responsible day-to-day full spectrum of employee benefits and compensations operations
administration function.
• Manage HR operational tasks such as new hire data entry, confirmation, contract renewal,
termination, HR data maintenance, claim & insurance administration, allowance administration,
corporate credit card administration, and letter preparation.
• Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems. (i.e. Success Factor, FlexHRMS).
• Attending compensation and benefits related queries, processes, and issues as appropriate.
• Work closely with regional HR / HRBP on the changes on compensation and benefits.
• Maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders (Finance, Accounting,
Business Group HR, Mobility and HR Legal).
• Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting, Data Reconciliation and Audit
requirements.
• Contribute to HR projects, including implementation, testing, and migration activities.
• Reviewing current state Benefits Administration processes, systems and structures and
implement method of improvement for overall process effectiveness.
