Deine Aufgaben
- Performs design, development, modification and testing and of products and systems and solutions.
- Completes material specification, schematic preparation and follow-up to ensure proper and effective implementation.
- Performs explanations and clarifies information to enable proper interpretation and evaluation of specifications, performance characteristics or other technical data. Performs communication of technical and commercial issues.
- Completes recommendations for new designs, new processes, or design changes to meet requirements and to ensure technical compliance. May include functional leadership and user instruction.
- Knowledge and hand on experience on machine Die Attach Especially : ASM DA AD838/ AD830/ AD210/ AD838L
- Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput.
- Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list & etc). Manage resources in term of shift coverage, discipline and training.
- Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving.
- Support on audit (internal, external and customer)
