Deine Aufgaben
- Set up and sustain physical, electrical, chemical failure analysis equipment and operation such as optical microscope, SEM/FIB/TEM with EDX, AFM, SIMS according project timeline and department KPI according to department tool/job distribution matrix.
- Perform failure analysis on company and competitor product using above FA methods for requests such as from new product introduction, production failures, yield improvement, reliability failures, and customer returns.
- Compile data and write FA report, shift report when applicable.
- Continually improving Failure Analysis works to ensure its efficiency and compliance.
- Sustain laboratory activities & actively provide technical advice and guidance to others when applicable.
- Ensure compliance (e.g. 5S, safety, ESD, cost compliance, radiation protection, laser protection, passing audit and deviation correction). Foster collaboration and positive culture. Foster collaboration and positive culture.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
