The Head of Marketing Japan will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company's optoelectronic semiconductor portfolio, including LEDs, laser diodes, photodetectors, optical sensors, VCSELs, IR emitters, and related solutions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, product positioning, customer engagement, and long-term business development across automotive, industrial, consumer, medical, communications, and emerging technology markets.

The successful candidate will combine deep semiconductor industry expertise, strategic marketing leadership, and strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and strengthen the company's market position globally.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Define market positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for opto semiconductor products
Identify emerging market trends, technology shifts, and customer requirements to support long-term business planning.
Lead annual marketing planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
Assess opportunities in key markets including:
